How would you describe the energy and style you’ve cultivated at the studio?

I hope the studio always feels like a sanctuary that you can return to day after day exactly as you are. As humans our needs are ever evolving. With each client and group class, I try to read the energy coming in to balance what I’m feeding into the session. The energy you’ll feel when you step into a PAUSE class is intentionally calming and uplifting vs. the energy in a BURST class setting the tone for a high energy and challenging class.

What has your Pilates journey brought to your life as both a teacher and studio owner?

Pilates is the glue of my life – the single tool that has connected my mind and body to inner peace. As a teacher and studio owner my single goal is to help others discover their  inner peace by challenging what they believe they are capable of. Feeling the strength of your body trains your mind to believe in the power of possibility and bravery. Once you discover the high of a brave moment there’s nothing stopping you from achieving your dreams and settling into an overall sense of peace.
