Studio Rules

Effective date: August 19, 2025

By booking with Inner Vision Pilates, you agree to these Studio Rules and the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at iv-pilates.com. Our goal is a safe, professional, and welcoming space for every body.

Check-In & Attendance

  • First visit: Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete forms, meet your instructor, and get oriented to the studio and equipment.
  • On time: Class starts on time. If you’re running late, let us know—there’s a 5-minute grace window. After that, entry is at the instructor’s discretion for safety and minimal disruption.
  • Waitlist priority: If class has begun and a waitlisted client is present, your spot may be released.

Reservations & Cancellations

  • How to book: You must have an active credit/package or membership on file. Book via the Inner Vision Pilates app or at iv-pilates.com.
  • Change/cancel: Adjust reservations 8+ hours before class start to avoid losing a credit or incurring a late-cancel fee.

Group Class Policies

  • Minimum to run: Classes require 2 enrolled clients. If a class is canceled, you’ll be notified by email/text at least 2 hours before start and your credit will be returned.
  • Empty classes: If no one is registered 2 hours before start, the class may be removed from the live schedule.
  • Instructor discretion: For safety, owners/instructors may limit clients to specific class types and may require medical clearance.

Waitlist

  • How it works: If a class is full, join the waitlist (you’ll need an active credit). If a spot opens, you’ll be auto-added and notified by email/text.
  • If added: Late-cancel and no-show rules apply from the moment you’re moved into class.
  • If not added: Your credit remains for a future booking.

Membership Terms

  • Booking limits: Unlimited members may pre-book one class per day; all classes are first-come, first-served.
  • Member perks: 20% off retail, workshops, and wellness offerings.
  • Late-cancel: Unlimited members: $10 per late cancel (< 8 hours).
  • No-show: Unlimited members: $18 per no-show. 4x/8x-per-month plans: No-shows forfeit the class credit.
  • Billing: All memberships renew monthly on autopay. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges for dues and applicable fees per our cancellation policy.
  • Rollover: No rollover—unused membership classes expire at month’s end.
  • Payment issues (updated): If a payment fails, booking privileges are paused until resolved. Our system will retry up to three times (3x) and send an email notification after each failed attempt. If all three attempts fail, the membership will be canceled. You can re-enroll anytime after updating payment details.
  • Pauses (updated): You may place your membership on hold for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 4 weeks at a time, up to 2 times per year. Email [email protected] at least 7 days in advance of the pauseno hold fee.• Price changes: We may adjust membership pricing with 4 weeks’ notice.

Medical Concerns & Pregnancy

  • For your safety, we may recommend private sessions if you have injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant and new to Pilates.
  • Prenatal/postnatal: With medical clearance, pregnant and postpartum clients are welcome in BEGIN, FLOW, and PAUSE. Please speak with an instructor before booking BURST.
  • Ongoing communication: Bodies change—please tell your teacher how you’re feeling so we can offer safe, effective modifications. Our team is trained in perinatal Pilates.

Etiquette & Code of Conduct

  • This is a dedicated space for mental and physical wellness. Bring respectful, positive energy.
  • Leave personal items in the cubbies; phones silenced.
  • Our teachers are qualified to coach and modify—if something doesn’t feel right, say so and we’ll adjust.

Refunds & Returns

  • All sales are final. Packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be used by the listed expiration.
  • Merchandise: All retail sales are final (no returns/exchanges).
  • Medical exceptions: At the owner’s discretion, we may extend/suspend memberships or packages for injury/medical reasons—requests must be made before the expiration date.
  • Accounts: Each client must use their own account and purchase their own package/membership.

Lost & Found

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Email [email protected] if you think you left something behind.
