Physical therapy supports you when something in your body isn’t functioning the way you expect it to — whether that’s related to pain, movement, strength, or confidence.
Care begins with an evaluation to understand what’s happening and determine what type of physical therapy is appropriate for you.
You May Benefit from Physical Therapy If You’re…
- Experiencing pain, pressure, or discomfort
- Noticing changes in how your body moves or responds
- Navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, injury, or recovery
- Looking for clear guidance in a private, supportive setting
How Care Begins
Your first visit is an evaluation.
During this session:
- We’ll review your history and current concerns
- Dr. Karly’s findings will be explained clearly
- Your recommendations and next steps will be outlined

Your Care with Dr. Karly Maines
Your evaluation and ongoing care are guided by Dr. Karly Maines, Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Karly’s role is to listen carefully, assess thoroughly, and explain clearly — so you understand what’s happening in your body and what will be most helpful moving forward.
Sessions are unhurried and individualized. You’ll work directly with Karly throughout your care, with attention to both the physical details and the environment in which that care takes place. Comfort, discretion, and clarity are built into the process.
