Group Reformer Classes
Pilates is learning to listen: some days your body wants heat and steady effort; other days it needs space to release and reset. Our schedule meets you with varied paces and intensities, so showing up can mean building power, refining form, or simply breathing and moving with ease.
BEGIN

Eligibility: All levels reformer class. Perinatal friendly. Not appropriate for clients with serious injuries.
Prerequisite: None.
FLOW
{ conditioning + mobility }
Our signature class. Continuous, breath-driven sequences that challenge strength and mobility while dialing in deep core support. You’ll leave taller, stronger, and moving with more ease.
Eligibility: All levels reformer class. Perinatal friendly. Not appropriate for clients with serious injuries.
Prerequisite: BEGIN at Inner Vision, a private session at Inner Vision, or prior contemporary Pilates training.
BURST
{ stamina + strength }
High-energy reformer training with Pilates-inspired cardio intervals. Build stamina, power, and control—form first, always. Expect sweat, precision, and momentum.
Eligibility: Intermediate level reformer class. Not appropriate for clients with serious injuries. Perinatal clients only with instructor approval.
Prerequisite: FLOW at Inner Vision, a private session at Inner Vision, or prior contemporary Pilates training.
PAUSE
{ stretch + decompress }
Reset tension and create space. Dynamic mobility flows loosen joints, mobilize the spine, and help your body release. Leave grounded, clear-headed, and light on your feet.
Eligibility: All levels reformer class. Perinatal friendly. Not appropriate for clients with serious injuries.
