Start with Fundamentals
Join our complimentary Fundamentals class — a small-group session designed to help new clients feel confident and prepared before stepping into our full schedule.
This session is offered Wednesdays at 6:00pm (reservation required). In Fundamentals, you’ll learn how to set up the reformer, how breath leads movement, and how to move with stability, ease, and confidence.

Founding Memberships

As we prepare for our Spring 2026 studio expansion, we’re taking a thoughtful approach to how we welcome members into this next chapter.
For now, we’re offering a limited number of Founding Memberships to existing clients and invited guests. These memberships will become part of the Inner Vision Collective — our evolving member community designed to offer deeper access, care, and connection as the studio grows.
If space allows, any remaining Founding Memberships will be opened to the public at a later date.

Private Pilates with IV Co-Founders
Private Pilates with Inner Vision co-founders Taylor Zumdick and Karly Maines, PT, DPT, OCS offers a highly personalized, condition-informed approach to movement. Informed by extensive Pilates education, physical therapy training, and PCES certification, these sessions support the body through progressive, well-rounded work across the full Pilates apparatus.

Private Pilates with IV Teachers
Private Pilates sessions with an Inner Vision teacher provide individualized instruction tailored to your body, goals, and movement patterns. Clients will experience focused, well-rounded lessons that build strength, refine technique, and deepen understanding of the Pilates method through intentional use of the full studio apparatus.

Semi-Private Pilates + Full Studio Rental
Semi-private Pilates offers personalized instruction in a shared setting, allowing clients to receive focused guidance while moving alongside others. This format is ideal for partners, friends, or groups seeking individual attention within a collaborative studio experience.
